my day off
Effective last friday i'm going to have every friday off till end of march. Yep, i have 11 vacation days left and desperately need to either use up the days or i lose it.
i thought it will be relaxing to have a day off, do nothing, watch some TV, putz around the computer, eat, sleep.
Na ah not today.
5.00am my alarm started yelling, half an hour later i got up and got myself ready for my 2-hour spinning lesson at the y.
Came home at 8am and boy was ready for work. Since we are a 1 car household now i had to take him to work - all the way out in st. charles, mo. 1.5 hours and 70 miles later, i made it home.
Realized that i have a never ending list of things to do today: clean myself, clean dishes from two days ago, clean the apartment, laundry, laundry, oh did i say laundry, go to the ATM, go to the seamstress to pick up my pants, go to the grocery store, go to a friend's store downtow kirkwood. oh and not to forget to go pick boy up later this evening.
*panting*
I think that list is quite enough for today. My five minute break is over. Now on to my first load of laundry. have a good weekend everyone.
