The local VW club has been planning this for a while. Last weekend we started to get our act together, we got maps, directions, reservations, tents, coolers, two-way radios, club stickers... and right now, I'm all excited to hit the road tonight. First, we'll trek up to Chicago, and then, head east and meet up with the Ohio crew and etc, and plan to arrive at New Brunswick, NJ between 9-10pm friday night. 24 hours straight, on the road. Oh boy, I don't know how I'm gonna get through my workday today.
