insomnia
One of my thanksgiving resolution is to join the local Y and start working out. So one fine saturday morning earlier this month, I went and got my membership at the South City Y.

Getting myself motivated to work out wasn't a big task, all I needed to do is to remind myself constantly the monthly membership fee that I have to plunk down every month...

My weekly routine goes something like this: 30 mins cardio, 15 mins weigh training on Monday, Wednesday; 1 hour cardio and 30 mins weighs on Saturday.

Everything went well, I now have more energy than before and was feeling pretty good, except that: NOW I CAN'T SLEEP!!!

Prior to working out, I usually go to bed between 10.30-11.30pm, and was in a deep sleep till the alarm goes off at 6.30am.

Ever since I started working out, my bedtime has been postponed till 11.30pm-12.30pm, but every night, I will automatically wake up between 3.30-4.00am. It'll take me another good 45 mins to fall asleep again, by then it's time to get up and go to the gym.

I need help, I don't feel lethargic now but I know my body need more sleep than a mere 4-5 hours a night.

Anybody has any clue or advice? I want my sleep back!!! Thanks in advance.

Dinner
Last night, boy and I tried out a thai restaurant that we've never been to - Thai Cafe on the Loop. I always play safe, and asked for my stir-fry noodles to be "a leeeetle bit spicy". Boy just wants his spicy.

On our way home, boy groaned at every bump on the road, and when we finally pulled up in front of the apartment, he turned off the car engine, yelled at me "lastonetomakeitin is the secondonetosh|t", and when the cloud clears and I finally figured out what he just said, he was gone.

I swear, this is like deja-vu all over again.
