Greetings

Happy Birthday

Diana
product recommendation
I need to get a pair of new running shoes. The adidas I have is about 5 years old now and I think the sold\e and cushioning are completely worn out. Was wondering if anyone has tried the Adidas ClimaCool series, and/or the Nike Shox NZ. These two look good but I have yet to try them on. These shoes will be used mainly on treadmill but I do occasionally run outdoor when the weather is nice. If anybody has any recommendation, or knows a good place/site to buy these for cheap, or if you would like to dissuade me from spending a ton of money on these ;), leave comments. Thanks in advance!

The new napster
Has any of you out there tried the new Napster? I tried googling reviews and was only managed to find a couple. Couple of questions I have are:
  1. What format are the downloaded music files?

  2. Once they are on my computer, can I make a copy of that file and move it to another computer? We have three computers at home and want to make sure that the files can be moved to either one of the machine.

  3. The quality of the music file?
Please, leave comments. Thanks in advance.

A fun little quiz
Got this Digital IQ quiz off of ruach13's site. Pretty fun. My score was 116, and s.boy was way ahead with the score of 146. Geek.

My 5 day weekend
Some random stuff from my long weekend
  • My weekend started on tuesday night—I delegated my work and managed to get wednesday off.

  • Boy can drive faaaast when he wants to.

  • I hate pilates. The very fact that my neck hurts and my abs don't tells me that I'm doing it all wrong.

  • An 11lb turkey wasn't as big as I thought it would be.

  • This is hands down the best Thanksgiving dinner I ever had, thanks to the great chefs that pulled this off.

  • I am not as bad of a shopaholic as I thought I was. There really wasn't any competition... I wasn't even in the running.

  • The shopaholic queen from NYC managed to buy bagfuls of clothes from good ol' Lexington stores, mainly because most of the more stylish clothes that were sold out in NYC were still on the rack here.

  • 4 of out 6 of us woke up at 5.30am on friday to hit the stores, but the high winds and pouring rain kept us at home.

  • We did eventually make it to BestBuy, Toys R'Us and Ulta after lunch.

  • Sally Hansen's nail polish's brush is way better than Loreal's.

  • Also learned how to remove nail polish off of carpet at www.howtocleananything.com.

  • Thank god my friends are so forgiving.

  • Pictionary, Taboo and Guesstures are musthaves.

  • We eat, shop and laugh too much, which is NOT a bad thing at all.

  • I have a very 'detailed-oriented' personal shopper, a nurturing friend and her sports-nut other half, an ever-entertaining friend, and my awesome southern boy—all whom I love very much—that I've spent Thansgiving with. What more could I ask for?
