seeing that there is a 3-day weekend coming up, i'm desperately looking for some little project i can work on... and after spending about 15 mins on vwvortex i think i know what I should tackle next: i'm gonna hook up my ipod mini to my car.

for those of you that have aux output behind the headunit (e.g. Mini) it is easy. But little did i know vw does not. so i'm gonna have to buy an adapter that will hack into my cd changer in the trunk, and the run the cables (and power cable as well) underneath the seats to my arm rest.

shouldn't take more than two hours. to be on the safe side though, i should sketch out the schematic.
